Job summary

Marathon Electric – Motors and Generators is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support fulfillment operations. The role involves picking, loading, and ensuring all inbound/outbound documentation meets standards, using a forklift and RF scanning to move inventory efficiently.

You will work with the supervisor to maintain accuracy, safety, and timely shipping, including ERP data entry and cycle counts. Strong English skills and a high school diploma are required, with forklift certification

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certified or willing to learn; stand-up/sit-down.
• English reading/writing and basic math skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years in warehousing or production.
• Experience with Oracle or other MRP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with supervisors to meet goals and deadlines.
• Process dock flow, including shipments and returns.
• Enter data in the Oracle ERP system.
• Review pallets and load trailers; move materials to trailers.
• Perform cycle counts and validate inventory.
• Receive inventory and return merchandise to stock.
• Operate forklift to pick/pack and move items.
• Read pick orders and locate items.
• Sort materials by preset criteria.
