Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in Lakeland, FL. The role offers a flexible schedule with Sundays and/or Fridays shifts; you choose hours based on availability, including evenings.

Anticipated hourly rate is $20.50, with PTO benefits and eligibility for bonus discussion varies by factors. All training is provided on day one, and candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights up to 30 feet as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders by picking products, performing quality checks, packing and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Be willing to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, order picker, pallet jack).

Job Summary

Cardinal Health - Warehouse Associate II

Flex Schedule: Sundays (6pm-2:30am or until finish) and/or Friday (6pm-2:30am or until finish). Remainder of the work week you can get as many or as few hours as you prefer. You choose based on available shifts. No need to ask for days off – you decide your schedule.

Anticipated hourly rate: $20.50 per hour (includes shift differential)

Hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.

Qualifications

• Follow established process to fulfill orders. This includes accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.

• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty. Example equipment in the facility includes order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider
