Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in Lakeland, FL to handle order fulfillment, packing, and shipping tasks on a team-oriented shift. You will operate in a fast-paced warehouse and participate in cross-training across multiple zones. Training begins on day one.

The role requires physical capability, basic computer/POS use, and a focus on accuracy and safety. A High School diploma is preferred, with potential for growth and path to additional responsibilities.

• Training provided starting your first day.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking products, quality checks, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participation in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Previous warehouse experience and comfort at heights up to 30 feet on power equipment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow direction and adapt to changing priorities.

Schedule:

Sunday: 6pm- 3:30am or Until Completion, Mon - Thurs 8:00pm to 4:30am or until completion.

Anticipated Hourly Rate:

$20.50 per hour (includes shift differential)

The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include receiving product, fulfilling, packaging, and shipping orders within established team goals to ensure on time order delivery.

Qualifications

We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience. If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment you could be a great fit for our team. All training is provided starting your first day!

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work in cold temperature-controlled environments**
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with technologies, like computers or point of sale systems, a plus
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• 1-3 years experience preferred
