Job summary

Race Winning Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Clinton Township, MI area to handle shipping, receiving, picking and packing of high-performance engine parts. You will work closely with teammates to keep orders moving accurately and safely, while maintaining a clean, organized and safe workplace.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient workflow, with opportunities to contribute improvements and participate in a fast-paced pit-crew style environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills, ability to measure weights and money.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping, receiving, picking and packing for orders.
• Process, package and ship orders accurately.
• Load and unload tractor trailers and put away incoming material.
• Inspect products for defects and damage.
• Conduct physical inventory counts.
• Troubleshoot errors to prevent recurrence.
• Work with teammates to keep orders moving.
• Take ownership of work and seek improvements.
• Maintain safe, organized, and respectful workplace.

Requirements

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll handle shipping, receiving, picking and packing for the racing and high-performance engine and driveline parts RWB is known for. You'll work closely with teammates inside and outside the department to keep orders moving accurately and safely. Careful, accurate work in the warehouse is what gets the right parts to our customers in good condition.

What you’ll do:

• · Work like a pit crew and bring innovation to finding better, faster and smarter ways to work.
