Job summary

Corsa Performance in Berea, Ohio, is hiring for a Packaging 2 associate, responsible for moving materials, packing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will work closely with leads and supervisors to ensure safe, efficient operations in a high-performance warehouse environment.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and a commitment to safety and quality. ISO 9001 experience and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations is preferred.
• Experience running warehouse operations in an ISO 9001 environment is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is desirable.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work carefully with small hand tools.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Put safety first and never pass on a defect, no matter what leaves your hands.
• Move materials, parts, carts, skids and drums around the plant to support production.
• Package, label and verify work orders so they’re complete, accurate and packed to specification.
• Record inventory moves in Microsoft Dynamics to keep stock locations accurate.
• Operate lift trucks and other warehouse equipment, and use small hand tools.
• Start replenishment when items fall below stocking levels or a shortage looks likely.
• Perform daily maintenance on packing machines and train new packers on the packing process.

Requirements

As a Packaging 2 associate, you’ll keep materials, parts and orders moving through our plant, so production has what it needs every day. You’ll pick, pack and verify orders, track inventory moves in Microsoft Dynamics and help keep the warehouse accurate and organized. You’ll work closely with your lead, your supervisor and the production team, and you’ll help train new packers as they join.

What you’ll do:

• Work like a pit crew and bring innovation to finding better, faster and smarter ways to work.
• Move materials, parts, carts, skids and drums around the plant and storage areas to support production.
• Package, label and verify work orders so they’re complete, accurate and packed to specification.
• Pack warranties, returns and more complex systems by following detailed procedures.
• Record inventory moves in Microsoft Dynamics to keep stock locations accurate.
• Operate lift trucks and other warehouse equipment, and use small hand tools.
• Start replenishment when items fall below stocking levels or a shortage looks likely.
• Perform daily maintenance on packing machines and train new packers on the packing process.
• Take ownership of your work and look for ways to make it better.
• Help keep our workplace safe, organized and respectful.

What you bring:

• Passion for what you do and pride in your work.
