Job summary

Race Winning Brands is seeking a Package Associate II in Berea, Ohio. You will pick, pack and verify orders, track inventory in Microsoft Dynamics, and support production with materials and containers. A focus on safety, accuracy and teamwork is essential as you train new packers and uphold ISO 9001 standards.

You’ll operate lift trucks, use small hand tools, and help keep the warehouse organized while seeking faster, smarter ways to work on the pit-crew style team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Experience in ISO 9001 environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and detailed procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and verify orders to specification.
• Move materials, parts, carts and drums to support production.

Requirements

As a Packaging 2 associate, you’ll keep materials, parts and orders moving through our plant, so production has what it needs every day. You’ll pick, pack and verify orders, track inventory moves in Microsoft Dynamics and help keep the warehouse accurate and organized. You’ll work closely with your lead, your supervisor and the production team, and you’ll help train new packers as they join.

What you’ll do:

• Put safety first and never pass on a defect, no matter what leaves your hands.
• Work like a pit crew and bring innovation to finding better, faster and smarter ways to work.
• Move materials, parts, carts, skids and drums around the plant and storage areas to support production.
• Package, label and verify work orders so they’re complete, accurate and packed to specification.
• Pack warranties, returns and more complex systems by following detailed procedures.
• Record inventory moves in Microsoft Dynamics to keep stock locations accurate.
• Operate lift trucks and other warehouse equipment, and use small hand tools.
• Start replenishment when items fall below stocking levels or a shortage looks likely.
• Perform daily maintenance on packing machines and train new packers on the packing process.
• Take ownership of your work and look for ways to make it better.
• Help keep our workplace safe, organized and respectful.

What you bring:

• Passion for what you do and pride in your work.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in inventory control.
• Experience running warehouse operations in an ISO 9001 environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work carefully with small hand tools.

Nice to have: Tow motor experience.
