Job summary

Race Winning Brands in Mentor, Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 1st shift. You’ll handle shipping, receiving, picking and packing to keep orders moving accurately and safely. You’ll work with teammates to load/unload trailers, inspect products and perform physical inventory counts.

You’ll follow detailed instructions, communicate clearly, and lift up to 80 lbs while wearing PPE in a loud environment. Nice-to-have: UPS WorldShip & Microsoft Dynamics experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll handle shipping, receiving, picking and packing for the racing and high-performance engine and driveline parts RWB is known for. You'll work closely with teammates inside and outside the department to keep orders moving accurately and safely. Careful, accurate work in the warehouse is what gets the right parts to our customers in good condition.

What you’ll do:

• Put safety first and never pass on a defect, no matter what leaves your hands.
• Work like a pit crew and bring innovation to finding better, faster and smarter ways to work.
• Process, package and ship orders accurately.
• Load and unload tractor trailers and put away incoming material.
• Inspect products for defects and damage.
• Conduct physical inventory counts.
• Troubleshoot errors and fix the cause so they don't happen again.
• Work with teammates inside and outside the department to keep orders moving.
• Take ownership of your work and look for ways to make it better.
• Help keep our workplace safe, organized and respectful.
