Dal-Tile is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. Responsibilities include material handling such as receiving, loading/unloading, pulling/assembling orders, and inventory checks. The role involves daily forklift operation.

Primary Objective:

• Perform a variety of warehouse material handling duties.

Primary Functions:

Pulling/assembling customer orders, verifying outbound order accuracy, conducting inventory checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays, moving and replenishing materials, and conducting cycle counts.

Receiving duties include unloading inbound shipments, processing shipments and returns, and reporting damaged freight.

Maintain a clean and organized facility, including sweeping, trash removal, and general maintenance.

Assist customers and prepare sales slips as needed.

Ensure safety by following safety protocols and reporting hazards or incidents.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Knowledge:

High School diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred. Skills include basic math, organization, customer service, attention to detail, and safety awareness. Fluency in English is required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, reach, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, sit, climb, and balance. Vision requirements include close and peripheral vision and focus adjustment. Accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
