Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Warehouse Associate II for its Greenfield, IN site. The position runs Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with possible holiday or weekend work after training.

Responsibilities include delivery, receiving, shipping, and inventory control, with extensive interaction with couriers and internal teams. Essential duties cover driving and handling materials, using internal systems for orders and receipts, keeping stock organized, and maintaining safety and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High-School diploma and 2 years experience in warehouse, shipping or inventory control.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day logistics tasks including delivery, receiving, shipping and inventory control.
• Coordinate with couriers and internal departments to ensure timely shipments.
• Enter purchase orders, sample and inventory receipts in internal systems and print paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe warehouse; participate in inventories and stock rotation.

Labcorp is seeking Warehouse Associate II to join our team in Greenfield, IN!

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4 pm. May be required to work some holidays or weekends following training.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day logistics operations including delivery, receiving, shipping, warehouse and inventory control. The position requires extensive contact with Couriers and internal departments at Labcorp. Responsible for day-to-day task activities related to Inbound, Outbound, SM and lab to lab shipments.

Essential Job Duties:

Performs a variety of duties related to driving, receiving, inventory control and shipping in a safe and efficient manner. Deliver materials or samples to proper locations. Campus wide deliveries made with company owned box truck. No CDL required Loads and unloads freight in a safe manner. Operates any material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Makes certain all equipment needed for handling and moving goods is available and in safe working condition.

Verify contents of material received under purchase orders. Report shortages, damages, and incorrect shipments on appropriate forms and to designated personnel. Using internal computer systems, enter purchase order, sample, and/or inventory receipts, perform inquiries and print appropriate paperwork. Ensure proper rotation and organization of stock and participate in physical inventories. Confirm internal stock requisitions, pick requested items, ensure that the correct number and types of product are picked and delivered. Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse area. Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.

Assists with preparing documents and dangerous goods shipments (e.g.; package, secure container for shipment, affix appropriate label, and complete required documentation using shipping software). Assists in the preparation of and apply for necessary shipping permits.

Minimum Qualifications:

High-School diploma 2 years experience in warehouse, shipping or inventory control

Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift certified
