Job summary

Labcorp in Burlington, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will handle receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely service to client offices and patient service centers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and at least a few months of warehouse or medical/lab experience. Forklift experience is a plus, and we value attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Place orders for supplies from vendors and internal teams.
• Load and unload supplies from trucks and verify packing slips.

• Process orders from client offices and patient service centers via phone, fax, and email.
• Print requisition forms and barcode labels.
• Pack orders for shipment using various carriers.
• Maintain inventory control according to company standards.
• Participate in cycle counts and full physical inventory.
• Deliver supplies to local branches and centers when needed.

Labcorp is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Burlington, NC.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Place orders for supplies from vendors via computer and telephone
• Load and unload supplies from trucks and verify packing slips
• Receive and process stock into inventory management system
• Process orders from client offices and patient service centers via phone, fax and email
• Print requisition forms and barcode labels for internal and external clients
• Pack orders for shipment via various shipping methods such as Fed Ex & UPS
• Resolve all customer concerns efficiently and timely
• Maintain inventory control according to company standards
• Participate in scheduled cycle counts and full physical inventory
• Deliver supplies to local branches, clients and patient service centers when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 months or more of experience in a warehouse environment
• 3 months or more of medical or laboratory experience
• Forklift experience

• Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• High level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work in a fast paced production environment and meet established turn-around times
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position
• Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs
• Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years' old
