Warehouseperson II-E/Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform warehouse activities related to the receiving, storing, and shipping of product while maintaining company standards for safety, security, quality, and productivity.
• Use powered material handling equipment, radio frequency devices, or computers as required.
• Maintain good attendance and work with minimum supervision.

Requirements

• Regular schedule shift 7am – 3:30pm.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures, verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math and write legibly.
• Must be able to work overtime and be very dependable.
• Follow strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Education And Experience

• High School/GED graduate equivalency required.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Preferred

• Previous forklift experience.
• Familiarity with material handling and radio frequency equipment is beneficial.

Physical Requirements

• Must be capable of standing, and walking for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift/push/carry up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (hot and cold). Exhibit immediate response and cooperation.
• Must be able to work from variable heights while wearing a safety harness.

Starting Salary

$38,480 (paid hourly)
