Job summary

Summary

Step into a more advanced warehouse role where your experience, equipment skills, and attention to quality help drive operational excellence. As a Material Handler III, you'll take on expanded responsibility in powered equipment operation, inventory accuracy, and quality partnership - playing a key role in keeping our distribution center running efficiently and safely.

What You Will Do
  • Safely operate powered industrial equipment to perform order picking, cart put‑away, and restocking functions at various rack heights.
  • Package inbound materials, including assortment kit assembly, using labeling systems, printers, automated packaging equipment, scales, tape guns, mechanical staplers, and shrink wrap.
  • Accurately document packaging and inventory activity using RF scanners and system data entry.
  • Assist with and support inventory cycle counts using powered industrial equipment to maintain high stock accuracy.
  • Partner closely with Quality Control personnel to ensure only authorized, compliant, and quality goods are placed into stock.
  • Meet established productivity, safety, and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment while modeling best practices.
What You Will Bring
  • High School diploma or GED; 1+ year warehouse/distribution or manufacturing experience required.
  • Experience operating powered industrial equipment; certification preferred or ability to obtain.
  • Strong math, reading, and problem‑solving skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
  • A safety‑first mindset with demonstrated reliability and accountability.
