Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate II in Denver, CO to support our Field Operations team. You will safely operate a forklift, pick, pack, and ship products, and help maintain accurate inventory records.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of warehouse experience, a strong safety mindset, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; frequent lifting up to 50 pounds encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and material handling.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load, unload and move merchandise.
• Pick, pack, and ship products to customers.
• Receive and count shipments and log data in the system.
• Work indoors in the warehouse or outdoors in the yard.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

A Warehouse Associate II at White Cap...

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and material handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Bilingual-Spanish is a plus
