Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate II in California. The role involves forklift operation to load, unload, and move merchandise, as well as picking, packing, and shipping products. You will receive, count, and record shipment information and may work inside the warehouse or in the yard, lifting up to 50 pounds.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in this area, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or related area.
• Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and material handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information in the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
