Job summary

White Cap in Colorado is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate II to support our fast-paced on-site operations. You will safely operate a forklift, pick, pack and ship products, and record shipment information in our system while working in a team-oriented environment.

We offer comprehensive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match), paid time off, and ample opportunity for career growth. Pay range is $19.40-$25.80 hourly.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of warehouse or materials handling experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely.
• Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual-Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Bilingual-Spanish is a plus
