Job summary

Interstate Batteries is hiring a Warehouse Team Member I to accurately process warehouse tasks using RF devices and various equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will handle receiving, transfers, picking, packing, and shipping while keeping pallets correctly tagged and organized.

The role requires basic math, a high school diploma, and up to 6 months of warehouse experience with equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and stretch-wrap machines. Teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with strong basic math skills.
• 1/2 year of warehouse operations experience preferred, including RF/HH equipment, forklift, electric pallet jack and stretch-wrap machine.
• Working knowledge of computers or ability to learn applicable systems.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency and well organized.
• Cooperative team-like attitude.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process system and manual transactions (receiving, transfer, pick, pack, ship).
• Handling of product per warehouse distributor standards (receiving, transfer, pick, pack, ship).
• Properly tag pallets (for transfer, pick, pack, ship).
• General warehousing duties (restocking shelves and housekeeping).
• Ability to multi-task and transition between tasks.
• Overtime as required by management.
