AMSOIL INC. in Lancaster, PA is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily distribution operations, including order picking, packing, inspection, inventory control, put away and replenishment. You will help ensure accurate orders and safe, efficient handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Experience using RF scanners is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
  • The ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
  • Energy and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • A dependable, self-motivated work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Use RF scanners and our warehouse management system to accurately pick and fulfill customer orders.
  • Ensure customers receive exactly what they need by verifying products that meet order specifications and AMSOIL's quality standards.
  • Carefully pack and prepare shipments so products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
  • Help maintain quality by identifying and reporting damaged or nonconforming items.
  • Build positive customer relationships by assisting customers who visit for will-call order pickups.
  • Contribute to a safety-first workplace culture by following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.

AMSOIL INC. is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our AMSOIL Center in Lancaster, PA! We're looking for a dependable, energetic Warehouse Associate who take pride in safety, accuracy, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Why this role matters:

As a Warehouse Order Picker, you'll support daily distribution operations by performing a variety of warehouse functions including order picking, packing, inspection, inventory control, put away, and replenishment. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory flow, and high-quality service in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining organization, accuracy, and compliance with company and safety standards.

Scheduled hours: Friday - Monday, 7:00am - 5:30pm.

What you will own:
  • Use RF scanners and our warehouse management system to accurately pick and fulfill customer orders.
