Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus, but training is available.
• Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Energetic and adaptable to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanners and the warehouse management system to accurately pick and fulfill customer orders.

• Identify and report damaged or nonconforming items to maintain quality.
• Assist customers visiting for will-call pickups and build positive relationships.

AMSOIL INC. is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our AMSOIL Center in Lancaster, PA! We're looking for a dependable, energetic Warehouse Associate who take pride in safety, accuracy, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Why this role matters:

As a Warehouse Order Picker, you'll support daily distribution operations by performing a variety of warehouse functions including order picking, packing, inspection, inventory control, put away, and replenishment. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory flow, and high-quality service in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining organization, accuracy, and compliance with company and safety standards.

Scheduled hours:

Friday - Monday, 7:00am - 5:30pm.

What you will own:

• Use RF scanners and our warehouse management system to accurately pick and fulfill customer orders.
• Ensure customers receive exactly what they need by verifying products that meet order specifications and AMSOIL's quality standards.
• Carefully pack and prepare shipments so products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
• Help maintain quality by identifying and reporting damaged or nonconforming items.
• Build positive customer relationships by assisting customers who visit for will-call order pickups.
• Contribute to a safety-first workplace culture by following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.

What you bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
