Job summary

One Workplace in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to oversee the timely shipping, receiving and movement of products within our distribution center. Day shift, Monday - Friday.

You will inspect cartons for damages, scan items to warehouse locations, operate forklift and order picker equipment, keep the area safe and organized, load and unload shipments, and verify deliveries at the receiving dock per company procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or 1+ year warehouse experience.
• Ability to read and follow internal processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect cartons for damages and note on receiving paperwork.
• Scan product to a defined warehouse location and place product safely.
• Read, understand, and execute internal processes.
• Use RF Scanner to update inventory.
• Load, move, and stage product in the warehouse and into/from trailers.
• Maintain a safe work area by cleaning and removing waste material.
• Verify and sign for deliveries at the receiving dock.
• Report accidents or incidents per safety instructions.
