Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Inventory and Shipping Clerk in Santa Ana, CA to support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of warehouse experience, and the ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Competitive weekly pay with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and organize inventory within warehouse storage locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to shipping requirements.
• Verify product information, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation for accuracy.
• Process outgoing shipments and assist with receiving inbound deliveries.
• Load and unload freight, materials, and warehouse inventory as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through RF scanners, warehouse systems, and cycle counts.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Assist with inventory control activities and warehouse organization.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and warehouse operating standards.
• Support general warehouse and distribution operations as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and shipping goals.
