Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Virginia to support operations including loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling. You will ensure items are prepared for pickup or delivery, secured for transport, and handled safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates have a HS Diploma or GED and 0–2 years of experience. This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a pay range of $18.90–$24.60 per hour.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, stages, and transports materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Prepares items for shipment or customer pickup by securely packaging materials.
• Verifies product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Installs protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Operates forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety policies.
• Assists customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials.
• May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials as needed.
