Job summary

White Cap is seeking a warehouse associate to support operations including loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling. You will ensure items are prepared for pickup or delivery, secured for transport, and handled safely.

Under supervision, you will operate forklifts, maintain a clean work area, assist customers or subcontractors, and may drive company vehicles. HS diploma or GED preferred; 0-2 years experience; lift up to 50 pounds; travel less than 10%.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, stages, and transports materials.
• Prepares items for shipment or customer pickup with protective packaging.
• Verifies product accuracy and condition before shipping or staging.
• Installs protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Operates forklifts or other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and adheres to safety policies.
• Assists customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials.
• May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials.
