Job summary

White Cap Boston is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, including loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling. You will help ensure items are prepared for pickup or delivery and kept secure during transport.

This role requires you to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety policies. The position is on-site in Boston and offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials.
• Prepare items for shipment or customer pickup with secure packaging.
• Verify product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety policies.
• Assist customers, installers, or subcontractors with orders.
• Occasionally drive company vehicles for pickups or deliveries.
