Zebra Technologies Corporation is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate in Kenosha, WI. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and processing shipments, picking and packing orders, and maintaining inventory records.

No formal diploma is required and training is provided; candidate must be 18+ with basic math/reading and strong attention to detail. Position is 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:45pm-12:15am) with pay of $19.50/hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.

What We're Looking For:

Assists with the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing the physical and/or administrative tasks of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. This is a 2nd Shift position. M-F 3:45pm-12:15am Pay: $19.50 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks.

Job Requirements:

• No diploma required; Basic math and reading/writing skills are needed
• No prior experience required; training will be provided

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
