Xcaliber International LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate I for the 1st shift in Pryor, OK. This role supports cigarette manufacturing and packaging, loading and unloading materials, and aiding production to ensure high quality finished goods.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in a manufacturing warehouse setting. The job requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: prior experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operator with set-up on production equipment per detailed work instructions.
• Ensure materials are used as per guidelines and brand requirements.
• Inspect packaging to ensure quality, and maintain proper documentation of materials.
• Communicate with team and supervision to ensure proper materials are used.
• Maintain adequate supply of materials to support production.
• Learn and retain knowledge of various duties and department guidelines.
• Demonstrate effective communication, attention to detail, and proactivity.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment.
