Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Material Handler in Pryor Creek, OK to support operations by moving materials and inventory throughout the facility.

You will use hand trucks, scanners, and conveyors, and participate in packing, labeling, and counting tasks while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment. The role requires 1 year in a warehouse setting, basic math, reading safety instructions, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At a minimum, you’ll need: to be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents.
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime when needed.
• Experience using a handheld scanner.

Responsibilities

• Move material and inventory throughout the facility.
• Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment.
• Pack, scan, kit or count products as required.
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Adhere to safety and 7S standards.
