Coastal Elite Pro in Nashville is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to assist with glass preparation for shipment and daily warehousing tasks. This includes inspecting, cleaning, buffing, taping, and repairing glass, along with building pallets and outbound packing activities.

You will help maintain inventory, bin organization, and a clean, safe work environment while following PPE requirements. Attention to safety and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally (35 pounds typical).
• Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions and remaining stationary for long periods.
• Strong punctuality, attendance, and a positive attitude focused on service excellence.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Associate I prepares glass for distribution by performing support functions to ensure timely shipment, including inspecting, cleaning, buffing, taping, and repairing damaged glass. They handle daily warehousing tasks such as building maintenance, inventory preparation, bin maintenance, and outbound packing operations. Maintaining a clean, secure work environment while adhering to safety and PPE requirements is essential.
