Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to perform quality inspections, prepare glass for distribution, and assist with daily warehouse duties. This role requires lifting up to 35 pounds (50 pounds occasionally) and the ability to work in varied conditions. Training is provided, and safety PPE rules apply.

Starting pay is 18.67 USD per hour with weekly pay. Benefits total over 10K annually include a 401(k) match, medical plans, PTO, holidays, paid volunteer days, and tuition

Job description

Role:

Warehouse Associate I

Responsibilities:

Prepare glass for distribution by performing quality inspections, cleaning, buffing, taping, and repairing damaged glass. Engage in daily warehousing tasks such as building maintenance and cleaning, build and prepare steel pallets for inventory, assist with basic inventory and bin maintenance, support outbound pack operations, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must be 18 or older, able to perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 35 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds), comfortable working in various environmental conditions, punctual, dependable, and positive with a service-focused attitude. Ability to stay stationary for long periods is required.

Key Duties:

Perform inspections, handle packaging, support warehouse operations, adhere to safety and PPE requirements, and contribute to overall warehouse efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay is $18.67/hour with weekly pay every Friday. Total benefits valued over $10K, including a 401(k) match, medical plans, PTO, holidays, paid volunteer days, and up to $5,250 annual tuition reimbursement. Paid training and access to necessary tools and resources are provided.
