A leading company is seeking a Client Services Associate to manage client relationships and provide support for escalated issues. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and experience in customer service or banking. The position offers comprehensive benefits tailored to employee needs.
The Client Services Associate serves as the first point of contact for clients with escalated questions or issues. For assigned clients, they handle moderately complex customer interactions, research, and account management support, working directly with Deluxe Treasury Management Service (TMS) clients through various interface mechanisms, including our service portal ticketing system, phone calls, or emails.
They provide service solutions and proactive support to clients, review outstanding support issues, and escalate issues to the appropriate technical or operations teams for sites or clients supported by their team.
The role involves leading complex problem solving, identifying and implementing solutions for service trends, understanding client needs, and managing the overall operational client relationship.
Performs quality reporting and issue analysis, including participating in the development of operational remediation action plans.
