Department: Service - Warehouse / Logistics

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: United States/Carrollton, TX

Reporting To: Supervisor Warehouse

Compensation: $18.35 - $20.35 / hour

ROLE PURPOSE

Responsible for various warehouse processes including shipping and receiving items using our ERP software, troubleshooting process issues, unboxing, organizing, and moving inventory onto pallets, bins, and shelves. Must be capable of multitasking while maintaining high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound freight returns from all remote inventory locations daily.
  • Identify and sort items as they are unloaded from delivery trucks into designated stacks.
  • Unbox, organize, and move inventory onto pallets, bins, and shelves, verifying correct part numbers and serial numbers.
  • Assist repair workflows by pulling, staging, and cleaning parts.
  • Follow all procedures and policies while supporting additional tasks as needed.
  • Support and maintain 5S activities in the work area.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards of the warehouse.
  • Learn various warehouse functions and processes.
  • Adhere to OSHA requirements (training provided).
  • Meet productivity and quality standards as outlined by management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Operate non-motorized material handling equipment (training may be required).
  • Coordinate work efforts with team members to achieve department and operational goals.
  • Conduct visual inspections of finished products, rework as needed, and document inspection results.
  • Assist with bagging finished products.
  • Move finished products to proper BIN locations.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Education and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.

- Proficiency with ERP software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Email.
