Inova Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Cleveland, OH area. Typical shift is Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, with pay ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. The role involves shipping and receiving, order picking, packing, and forklift operation.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of warehouse or related experience. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook) and safety awareness are required.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Accuracy in receiving and packing shipments.
• Operate forklifts or material handling equipment safely.
• Gather orders (Stock or MTO) from the shop floor.
• Pack stock, kits, international orders, and special packaging orders.
• Pick and pack fabric and components for satellite factories.
• Process and ship MTO orders for all customers.
• Drive the truck to the Fulfillment Center.
• Receive, enter, and store incoming goods within 24 hours.
• Unload trucks and record receipts in the system.

Inova Staffing is looking for a shipping and receiving associate. for our client in Cleveland Ohio who isMotivated, high energy, positive attitude, strong communication skills, detail oriented, flexible and have shipping and receiving skills.

Essential Job Functions

• Accuracy
• Safety – especially when operating forklifts or material handling vehicles and equipment.
• Gathering Orders (Stock or MTO) from the shop floor
• Packing stock, Kits, International orders, and other special packaging orders for the FC
• Picking and packing fabric and component orders to be sent to our satellite factories.
• Packing, processing, and shipping MTO orders for all customers
• Driving the truck to the Fulfillment Center
• Picking up or delivering for the Sewing School across the street or knit hat orders for production.
• Shipping, including ASNs and processing and scheduling freight pickups
• Returns
• Internet, computer and email
• Able to drive forklift and standup tow motor in a safe and proper manner.
• All incoming shipments of goods must be received, entered, and put away within 24 hours.
• Unload trucks, record receipts into TCM, make tags for raw materials, and put goods away into their appropriate bins (or deliver to the appropriate area/person).

Qualifications

Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience: 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience or 1 year customer service in a physical role preferred. Proficient in computer skills and applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.).

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and walk for duration of shift.
• Must be able to comfortably lift up to 40 pounds repetitively.
• Must be willing to be trained on Joey and Forklifts.
