• Prepare shipments by loading and wrapping skids, ensuring compliance with shipping requirements and carrier specifications.
• Use warehouse management systems to update inventory records during picking and shipping processes, ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits, verifying bin/location quantities to support accurate inventory tracking.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, removing waste materials to maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

The Warehouse (Pick, Pack, Ship) Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders to ensure timely and error-free deliveries. Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times, as the role involves handling various warehouse items.
• The position is predominantly in the warehouse, where temperature conditions can vary (e.g., hot in summer, cold in winter).
• Role requires constant standing, walking, and moving around to pick and pack orders, often in a fast-paced environment.
• Employee safety and self-awareness must be utilized at all times around warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
