Job summary

NABCO is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Houston to support daily warehouse operations including inventory, stocking, shipping/receiving, forklift operation, and general maintenance.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The position is Monday–Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, on-site at 10507 Ella Blvd, Houston.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Demonstrates strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team; protect confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and restock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Wrap, package, and prepare inventory for shipment.
• Assist with inventory movement and material handling throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and management teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain and care for warehouse tools and equipment.
• Scrap and remove panels and materials as directed.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including inventory organization, stocking, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, and general warehouse maintenance. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely movement of products throughout the warehouse.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and restock inventory in designated warehouse locations

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus

Physical Demands

• Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Frequent walking
• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
• Frequent lifting and movement of materials throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier items with proper equipment or team assistance
