Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures in North Carolina is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support PBV's warehouse operations. You will perform duties such as receiving, picking, loading, unloading, counting, and ensuring accurate inventory while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV Material Handling Equipment.
• At least six (6) months of forklift experience preferred.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Reading and understanding procedures for performing work.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Performs check-in/check-out duties and maintains records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per SOPs.
• Counts goods returned by sales/delivery staff.
• Interacts with automation systems and screens to verify and record products and build/pallets for shipment.
• Operates forklift and other warehouse equipment safely to store, stage, retrieve, and load products.
• Performs safety and pre-trip checks on assigned machinery.
• Performs janitorial tasks to maintain a clean, organized space.
• May handle yard switching and pallet organization as needed.
• Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
