Job description

Warehouse Associates are responsible for collectively working together with peers and managers to increase customer satisfaction by accurately and safely receiving, storing materials, and picking, packing, shipping orders in a timely manner that meets or exceeds our customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks and report discrepancies to supervisor or their designate.
  • Prepare and stage orders in appropriate area for delivery or customer pickup.
  • Follow all internal procedures or special instructions pertaining to preparation and staging of orders.
  • Receive materials from suppliers, as well as customer equipment by properly inspecting material against paperwork received with equipment or material.
  • Put away all materials and/or equipment in their properly designated locations in a timely manner.
  • Communicate positively with fellow workers, supervisors, and customers.
  • Responsible for keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
  • Process returned materials and equipment according to internal procedures.
  • Adhere to all established company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Present a neat and professional image at all times.
  • Assist in keeping facility secure.
  • Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
