Job summary

NWN is hiring a Logistics Warehouse Associate III in Plano to support receiving, stocking, and shipping within the Distribution Center, ensuring accurate handling of deliveries and orders.

Responsibilities include validating deliveries, applying serialized bar codes, and coordinating with carriers. A comprehensive benefits package and hybrid/remote work options are offered by NWN.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Proven warehouse experience.
• 2+ years in a related role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with teams.
• Clear communication with carriers, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of RF bar coding and scanning is preferred.
• Forklift, order picker, and pallet jack experience with certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take receipt of delivered shipments and verify quantities against packing slips.
• Identify product, generate and apply Serialized Bar Codes.
• Attach box labels and capture serial numbers and MAC addresses.
• Receive equipment into virtual warehouses and stock in designated areas.
• Pull and prepare orders for shipping and process Ship Orders in invoicing system.
• Coordinate with LTL carriers and freight forwarders for large shipments or white glove services.
• Assist with AI-driven process improvements to optimize operations.

Responsibilities

The Logistics Warehouse Associate III is a fast-paced position that is responsible for performing various Warehouse tasks that include unloading delivery trucks for incoming deliveries, receiving, stocking, shipping functions and RMA functions for the Distribution Center. These responsibilities are requirements for both the NWN business as well as our IMS business. Your responsibilities will ensure efficient, but safe task for receiving, stocking and professional packaging of orders for shipping.

Job Responsibilities

• Take receipt of delivered shipments.
• Verify the quantities and part numbers against the OEM or Customer packing slip. Note shortages and damage if applicable.
• Identify product, generate, and issue a Serialized Bar Code.
• Apply the Serialized Bar Code to the equipment and capture the serial number and mac address or other pertinent information.
• Appy the Box Label to the equipment so pertinent Project Information is visible.
• Receive equipment into the Project assigned virtual warehouse(s) within the NWN Carousel Plano Distribution Inventory Database.
• Stock received deliveries in their designated area(s).
• Pull and prepare orders for shipping.
• Process Ship Orders through the Clippership Invoicing Program, which generates tracking information and decrements the inventory.
• Work with LTL and Freight Forwarders for large shipments or white glove services

Additional Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated comfort with adopting emerging AI tools and technologies to optimize processes, improve collaboration, and drive operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proven Warehouse experience.
• Two or more years of firsthand experience in job related role.
• Proficient computer skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Organizational Skills required.
• Exhibits the ability to exercise sound judgement in evaluating situations and making decisions.
• Exhibits strong people skills, multitasking ability, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and be a collaborator
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Transportation Carrier’s, Managers, Project Management, Purchasing, RMA and Department Managers, QA, Sr Leadership and Peers.
• Knowledge in RF Bar Coding and Scanning preferred.
• Forklift experience with certification preferred, both standup and sit down
• Order Picker and Pallet Jack experience with certification preferred
