Mattress Firm Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Texas distribution operations. You will load and unload deliveries, stage orders, and ensure stock is properly rotated and documented.

The role involves operating order pickers, maintaining equipment, and keeping the warehouse clean and safe for all staff. You will also assist with customer pickups, participate in quality assurance processes, and communicate any issues to leadership to optimize department efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Stage deliveries and ensure inventory is rotated per schedule.
• Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
• Keep stock areas organized and clean; mop, sweep, and wash floors as needed.
• Assist in customer pickups and provide exceptional service.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures.
