Job summary

Mattress Firm is hiring a Warehouse Associate to receive, pick, pack and ship merchandise, ensuring safe handling and accurate storage. You will stage deliveries, verify inventory, and keep the workspace clean and organized while adhering to safety policies.

The role includes on-demand pay options and benefits, with a pay range stated for hourly work. Shift pattern is Saturday through Wednesday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with Thursday and Friday off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years general work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Stage deliveries and store all product in designated locations.
• Inspect products for defects and damages during receiving or shipping.
• Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize the warehouse floor, offices and aisles.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.
