Mattress Firm is hiring for a Warehouse Associate. You will load and unload product, pick and pack orders, and ensure accurate inventory storage while maintaining safety and efficiency across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years general work experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Knowledge of general warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) operation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders; ensure proper storage of inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages upon receiving or shipping.
• Obtain signatures on paperwork as required.
• Assist in customer pickups and provide exceptional service.
• Operate order pickers and warehouse equipment; maintain cleanliness of the workspace.
