Job summary

Mattress Firm Inc. in Odenton, MD seeks a Warehouse Associate to join our supply chain team. Shift hours are 12:30pm-9pm with weekend/holiday availability, supporting loading, staging deliveries, and inventory management to ensure on-time product distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and shipments.
• Stage deliveries and store products in designated locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and rotate stock per schedule.
• Operate order pickers and warehouse equipment safely.
