Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Roxboro, NC is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to move parts from shelves to the shipping area and customers. You will receive, stock, pull, stage, load and ship freight, and maintain accurate inventory.

Candidates should have distribution center experience, be able to lift up to 75 pounds, operate a forklift or pallet jack as needed, and work safely in a drug-free environment. Training and a supportive team culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior distribution center or warehouse experience required.
• Able to lift 75 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with equipment.
• RF scanning equipment experience preferred.
• Read and understand instructions, communicate clearly with team.

Responsibilities

• Expedite incoming and outgoing freight; receive, stock, pull, stage, load and ship freight.
• Process inventory and maximize shelf space.
• Verify and load inventory and ensure correct part placement.
• Unpack incoming parts shipments from suppliers.
• Pull orders for other stores and use scanner to process inbound freight.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack per safety procedures; maintain warehouse stock.
