Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load/unload deliveries, stock inventory, and operate warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean, safe working environment and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities include receiving items, staging materials, and using company software. A high school diploma, ability to lift 75 pounds, and a valid driver’s license are required; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift 75 pounds and climb ladders with loads.
• One year or more of warehouse experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Willingness to obtain a Class E license to drive company box trucks.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and off-load materials, verify counts to purchase orders, and check shipments for damage.
• Ensure stock is properly stored and accessible.
• Stage materials for installation, shipment, or customer pickup.
• Use company software and hand tools to maintain accurate inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
• Perform light fabrication and other duties as assigned.
