Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load/unload deliveries, stock inventory, and operate warehouse equipment including forklifts. You will follow safety procedures, verify quantities, and maintain accurate records using company software and field devices.

This role can be part-time or full-time, with opportunities to grow. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, one year of warehouse experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift 75 pounds and climb ladders with loads.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
• Must be willing to obtain a Class E license to drive company box trucks.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and off-loading materials, verifying counts to purchase orders, and checking shipments for damage.
• Ensuring that all stock is properly stored.
• Staging materials for installation, shipment, or customer pick up.
• Utilizing company software, field devices, and paperwork to maintain accurate inventory information.
• Utilizing hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment.
• Light fabricating.
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to maintain a clean, safe working environment while loading and unloading delivery trucks, stocking inventory and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts. We would be looking for either part-time or full-time employment.

What You'll Do

• Receiving and off-loading materials, verifying counts to purchase orders, and checking shipments for damage
• Ensuring that all stock is properly stored

• Utilizing company specific software, field devices, and paperwork to maintain accurate inventory information
• Utilizing hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment (including, but not limited to, box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, for lifts, drills, saws, etc…)

What You Bring
