Job summary

Carolina Industrial Systems, a DH Pace Company, Inc. in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load and unload deliveries, stock inventory, and operate warehouse equipment including forklifts.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift 75 pounds, and a valid driver’s license; forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and off-load materials, verify counts to PO, inspect shipments for damage.
• Ensure stock is properly stored.
• Stage materials for installation, shipment, or customer pick up.
• Maintain accurate inventory using company software and field devices.
• Operate basic tools and equipment (box cutters, carts, ladders, pallet jacks, drills).
• Assist with light fabrication and other duties as assigned.

Carolina Industrial Systems, a DH Pace Company, Inc. currently has a great career opportunity for a Warehouse Associate in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to maintain a clean, safe working environment while loading and unloading delivery trucks, stocking inventory and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts. We would be looking for either part‑time or full‑time employment.

What You'll Do

• Receiving and off-loading materials, verifying counts to purchase orders, and checking shipments for damage
• Ensuring that all stock is properly stored
• Staging materials for installation, shipment, or customer pick up
• Utilizing company specific software, field devices, and paperwork to maintain accurate inventory information
• Utilizing hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment (including, but not limited to, box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, for lifts, drills, saws, etc…)
• Light fabricating
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to safely lift 75 pounds above your head and climb ladders with loads
• One (1+) year of warehouse experience preferred
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and a good driving record
• Must be willing to obtain a Class E license to drive company box trucks
• Forklift experience is a plus
