Job summary

Carolina Industrial Systems, a DH Pace Company, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload and receive materials, verify counts, and maintain accurate inventory.

You will operate warehouse equipment, stage materials for installation or shipment, and pick tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma/GED, forklift experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to safely lift 75 pounds and climb ladders with loads
• One (1+) year of warehouse experience preferred
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and a good driving record
• Must be willing to obtain a Class E license to drive company box trucks
• Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Receiving and off-loading materials, verifying counts to purchase orders, and checking shipments for damage
• Ensuring that all stock is properly stored
• Staging materials for installation, shipment, or customer pick up
• Utilizing company specific software, field devices, and paperwork to maintain accurate inventory information
• Utilizing hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment (including, but not limited to, box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, for lifts, drills, saws, etc…)
• Light fabricating
• Other duties as assigned
