Kenco Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Austin, TX. You will pick and pack orders, print labels, and inspect products to meet shipping demands. Use forklifts or order pickers and support cycle counts while maintaining a clean, safe workplace.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs). Experience in warehousing is preferred and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Must pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct items.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker as needed.
• Pack orders for shipments by carrier.
• Label and record shipping and tracking details.
• Inspect containers and packing to meet specs.
• Assist with inventory/cycle counts when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and safety standards.
• Report missing items or quality variances to supervisor.
