Job summary

Target in Cedar Falls, IA is hiring Warehouse Workers. You will pack, load, and ship items, process merchandise, and move inventory in our fast-paced distribution center. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour, with a range to $25.08, plus potential shift differentials of $2.00–$3.50 per hour for eligible shifts.

Applicants must be able to lift 35–50 lbs (up to 60 lbs occasionally), read labels, perform basic math, and understand English. Training on powered equipment is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 35–50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, and operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic math skills and accurate reading of labels and tickets.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English clearly.
• Willingness to be trained on powered equipment safety.

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Maintain accurate merchandise processing for stores and guests.
• Work safely and efficiently to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Keep work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Attend safety trainings and follow all safety policies.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
