Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC seeks a warehouse associate to support inbound shipments, pick/pack, and register goods at our Iowa site. You will help manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

This role requires safety awareness, reliable attendance, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. OT is possible; wage starts at $20/hr with a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse or similar role.
• Outstanding organizational skills to ensure task execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting and moving goods.
• Strong communication abilities with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
• Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate flow of goods.
• Assist site management to comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
• Resolve orders on hold by coordinating with other departments.
• Pick and pack goods for dispatch following quality standards.
• Adhere to HSE policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance and contribute to overall warehouse success.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
