Job summary

West Shore Home, located in Buffalo, NY, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and daily installation tasks. You will inspect deliveries, stock supplies, stage materials for jobs, and ensure safe, orderly operations in the warehouse.

The shift is Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, with possible overtime. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with match, HSA, PTO, and holiday pay. A valid driver’s license and forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and ability to operate warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Experience handling shipping and receiving activities.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping & receiving; inspect deliveries and verify quantities.
• Maintain inventory levels and distribute supplies to departments.
• Stage materials for jobs and deliver parts to sites as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized; assist with basic maintenance.
• Adapt to overtime and communicate discrepancies to leadership.
