Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Birmingham to support inbound activities and ensure orders are processed accurately. You will assist with receiving and shipping, utilize WMS for inventory, and operate equipment like forklifts as needed.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety standards, cross-training across warehouse areas, and meeting daily productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• RF scanner and/or voice-pick experience highly preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: picking, quality control, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Utilize WMS to check in/out products and ensure accurate inventory.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and adhere to OSHA standards.
